A Chormatic Scale Starting on a Different Note

Here's the same scale starting on the note F sharp. Notice that the fingering is the same sequence as in Step 1, but this time the pattern has been shifted along.

Some people find it hard to get used to the fingering in a chromatic scale. If that happens to you, here's a handy tip that should make things easier:

Tip: Remember to play EVERY BLACK NOTE with finger three, in both hands.
